Phil the ski instructor was so patient and fun to learn from! Great ski lessons- fun to talk to- really funny and supportive- helped us learn so much in such little time. The people at the ski depot were also very kind and helpful- helping us and joking around the whole time! Overall a lovely experience- 10/10 recommended. “Cool Ski are the best! The equipment was new and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for the kind and friendly staff who all spoke perfect English. I tried on a variety of boots and helmets until I found the perfect fit for ski that also matched my outfit - perfect for lovely photos! The shop opens early and closes at 6pm so there was plenty of time to return and collect the equipment that was clean and dry every day. The shop location, opposite the gondola, was just perfect!”
